FRF Motors Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Consultant to join our talented team in the Car Warehouse dealership in Swansea. At FRF Motors we pride ourselves on our reputation for delivering the highest quality service to all our customers, and we are looking for someone who is passionate and positive with the drive to delight our customers by giving them the best possible customer experience.
To qualify for this position, you must have a proven track record in sales volumes and have delivered great customer service. You must be an excellent team player with a good eye for detail with dedication to provide the very highest level of customer service. You must be IT and numerically competent and be flexible with working hours.
To achieve agreed sales targets within defined operating and financial guidelines
To follow the company sales process rigidly in pursuit of vehicle sales
To build rapport and lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
To manage and develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors
To maintain and accurately record all customer details
This position is permanent, full time hours, rota covering 7 days a week. Full clean driving licence is required.
