Accounts Assistant, Swansea

FRF Motors Limited is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join our friendly Finance Department based in Swansea.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented individual with a keen eye for detail, with a good standard of literacy and numeracy skills.  The successful candidate should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel. Previous experience in a similar position within the motor trade would be advantageous.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers
  • Kerridge experience is preferred but not essential
  • Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
  • Ensuring timely processing of payments
  • Assisting with month end processes when necessary
  • Undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping
  • General administration
  • Ad hoc tasks as and when required

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS basic disclosure.  Disclosure expense will be met by the employer.
