COVID-19 Update - Business Opening Hours


All of our business departments are now reopen but Servicing is STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  You can see below which departments are now open and read the latest information about our business changes.

Masks – Everyone entering our showrooms, parts departments and servicing departments must now wear a mask before entering our premises. This is in line with the Welsh Government COVID-19 rules. You must bring your own mask upon entry otherwise you will be refused to enter. 

People under the age of 11 and people who cannot wear face coverings for health or medical reasons are exempt from wearing masks.

There are reminder signs placed at all entrances of our showrooms so please respect these rules for your own and other customers health & safety.

Currently open but Strictly By Appointment Only.  Our Peugeot service desk is operating out of our Vauxhall branch until further notice.

The Vauxhall branch is situated next to our Peugeot branch. Full details will be provided on booking.

SERVICING & REPAIR NOTICE - Please note appointments can be made by calling us on 01792 315069 (This number is to book for both Swansea & Bridgend) or you can book online by clicking here >>. 

By calling us, you are more likely to obtain a quicker response as we are experiencing high demand in requests.   All booking requests made online are not confirmed until we have called you.  Also, when you turn up for your appointment, please follow our strict social distancing measures and follow our guided signs whilst wearing a mask.  If you do not adhere to our rules, you will be asked to leave.  If you turn up with no appointment, we are sorry but you will be turned away as this is not fair on other customers who have booked and waited.  If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment please call us and we will rearrange your appointment for when you are feeling better.  If you have had a letter stating you are vulnerable, we are sorry but we will not be working on your vehicle at this time until restrictions are eased and it is safe to do so.  We are not accepting cash payments and there is strictly card only policy.   We thank you for your cooperation.

Looking after you and our team is our top priority at FRF Motors. Currently that means, more than ever, making sure we have a clean and safe place to work and visit to help limit the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

To ensure everyone’s safety please observe the following:

  • Please do not enter the premises if you are displaying any Covid-19 symptoms or been in contact with anyone with symptoms in the previous 14 days.
  • Please always follow the governments guidelines and stay 2 metres apart.
  • When entering the premises for your appointment, please observe signs, queues and one-way systems present in the premises.
  • Please ensure you use the sanitiser dispensers that are located at all entrances.
  • Our customer facing members are where necessary operating behind Perspex screens.
  • We have enhanced our cleaning regimes throughout the day, with all team members taking regular breaks to wash their hands.
  • We have currently closed all waiting areas and toilets and at present no refreshments are available.
  • If you have a latex allergy, please be aware some of our team members may be wearing latex gloves at this time.
  • No cash payments will be accepted to avoid handling cash.
  • Please be considerate.  Our team members are doing everything they can to keep things running smoothly.  Please be respectful at all times.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Can I book a service  online? You can book online but please note your booking will not be placed until you’ve received a call from us confirming your appointment.  If you have not received a call from us, it means your booking has not been processed yet.
  • If I am Vulnerable can someone else drop and pick up the car for me? Yes, that is absolutely fine but please tell us this in advance so we can expect someone under a different name.
  • I have had a recall letter / Safety letter, what should i do? If you have had a letter and you are concerned then you can now call us.
  • What happened with my direct debits for my Service Plan during lockdown? All money paid into your plan would have been accrued for you to use again when we are open.  If you want to book with us, please call us today.
