FRF Motors Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Consultant to join our talented team in the Car Warehouse dealership in Swansea. At FRF Motors we pride ourselves on our reputation for delivering the highest quality service to all our customers, and we are looking for someone who is passionate, positive and spirited with the drive to delight our customers by giving them the best possible customer experience.
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a very important role in achieving our organisational goals. With excellent product knowledge and a passion for helping customers, you will look after the customer sales process within the showroom environment. You will ensure that every customer's experience of the dealership is exceptional and, that you manage sales appointments professionally, ensuring a high quality experience, and deliver on your sales targets. You will have the drive and determination to succeed in a competitive environment.
To qualify for this position you must have a proven track record in sales volumes and have delivered great customer service. You must be an excellent team player with a good eye for detail and a passion and dedication to provide the very highest level of customer service. This combined with tenacity and exceptional high standards are mandatory, together with the talent from the outset to build a strong and smooth rapport with our customers to gain their trust and confidence. You must be IT and numerically competent and be flexible with working hours.
This position is permanent, full time hours, rota covering 7 days a week. Full clean driving licence is required.
