New/Used Car Sales Consultants

We are currently looking to recruit New/Used Car Sales Consultants.  The talented individuals will join our Sales Team; one position is based at our Network Q Dealership in Swansea and the other position at our Dealership in Bridgend.

The role of Sales Consultant is an important position for the success of the Company, and as such, demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service.

What you do need is unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent. You will be well presented with a desire, character and attitude to succeed. You will have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport. You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and contributing to the profitability of the dealership whilst maintaining the high level of customer service.

We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes:

• Target driven
• Have good planning, time management and organisational skills
• Literacy and numeracy skills
• Customer service orientated
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Strong influencing skills
• Proven sales experience preferably within the motor industry

Both positions are permanent, full time hours, rota covering 7 days a week.  Full clean driving licence is required.

The successful candidate(s) will be required to complete a CRB basic disclosure.  Disclosure expense will be met by the employer.

Motor Vehicle Technician

We are looking to recruit a qualified Motor Vehicle Technician based at our Bridgend Branch.

Applicants must be fully qualified in all aspects of vehicle repairs on a varied range of cars, must be confident working on their own as well as being part of a team. You will also be a good communicator and IT literate. Full, clean driving licence required.

The successful candidate(s) will be required to complete a CRB basic disclosure.  Disclosure expense will be met by the employer.

Salary negotiable depending on experience

Hours of work 8.30 to 5 pm Monday to Friday, rota for Saturday
